We run a very beautiful little restaurant, but it only holds 20 people, so we just can’t cater for special dietary demands, children or larger groups. Fortunately, there is an abundance of alternative restaurants in Oban for this.

We assume vegetarians are OK with fish and oyster sauce and eggs. If not, please make the kitchen aware. We can do a Vegan dish with oyster sauce / fish sauce alternatives, but please consult with kitchen when ordering. Please make staff aware of any allergies. It’s a small kitchen and everything is made fresh, so we can make you fully aware of any risk of cross contamination.
Little restaurants with 20 seats need rules of survival!
Minimum spends of £25 per seat, empty or not.
90-minute max stay at tables at peak times.
Come in after 8 pm if you want extra time to relax. You will be asked to leave after 90 minutes if you come in before 8 pm.

Kitchen closes at 9.30 pm and we need to clear all tables by 8pm for earlier bookings and 10 pm for later bookings.
We only have one table for 6 people, two tables for 4 people and three tables for 2 people.

We only have three tables for 4 people and four tables for 2 people. There’s one walk in table for 2 to 3 people.
You can only book online for 2 or 4 persons. If you book a table for four and three people arrive then we must charge £20 for the empty chair, otherwise this affects the viability of the restaurant which is always in the balance.
For table bookings we need to insist on a minimum cover charge of £25 per head for stays of 90 mins max. To break even we must see £20 per person per hour as the restaurant is so small. If your order is less than £25 per head, your stay cannot extend past 60 minutes, otherwise we must charge £25 minimum per head if your visit extends past one hour.
